Four things we put in writing.
A cleaning contractor is someone you hand a key to and then stop watching. These are the four commitments that make that reasonable.
- If a day is not right, that day is free
- Call us the following business day and you do not pay for that day's service. It is written down, not decided case by case.
- Your price is held for a year
- The figure we agree at the walkthrough is guaranteed for at least twelve months.
- You know who is in your building
- Reference checks, a criminal background check and a drug test before orientation, and a visible photo ID badge on site.
- Insured and bonded
- Fully insured and bonded, so a key to your building is not a risk you are carrying alone.

The round is the same whether or not anyone is there to see it.
Interior and exterior faces of the entrance doors. Fingerprints around the light switches and off the doors. Telephones disinfected. Picture frames and the tops of the file cabinets dusted. Furniture vacuumed as it needs it. None of it is visible in a photograph of a clean office, which is exactly why it is the part worth naming.
