Eight towns, one drive time.

1. Saint Paul

   Home ground

   We work out of 1437 Marshall Avenue, so Saint Paul is not a service area we drive to, it is the one we are already in. Offices, clinics, churches and municipal buildings across the city, on nightly, weekly or monthly rounds. If you need someone on site at short notice, this is the address the crew is closest to.

2. Roseville

   Directly north

   Straight north of the city line, and close enough to sit on the same nightly round as a Saint Paul building without stretching it. A lot of what we clean here is office and light industrial: the buildings that empty at five and need to be right again by seven.

3. Maplewood

   North east

   Between Saint Paul and Oakdale, which makes it an easy addition for a property manager running more than one site across the two. Medical and veterinary clinics are a large part of the work here, where the contact surfaces get scoped ahead of the floors.

4. Oakdale

   East

   One of the areas we are actively hiring cleaning technicians for, which is the honest signal about how much work we are running here. Offices, day care centers and apartment common areas, on schedules set around when each building actually empties.

5. Woodbury

   South east

   Also on our current hiring list. Woodbury runs to newer commercial stock and larger footprints, so the scope conversation is usually about which parts of a building need a nightly visit and which are fine weekly. We will tell you if a nightly round is more than you need.

6. Mendota Heights

   Across the river, south west

   Small, and directly across the river from the city, so it pairs naturally with an Eagan or Inver Grove Heights round. Office and clinic work mostly, on the kind of schedule where the same crew is in the building every time.

7. Eagan

   South, Dakota County

   South across the river, with a mix of office parks, dealerships and light industrial. That mix is why we scope showroom and shop floor separately here more often than anywhere else on this list, then clean both on the same visit.

8. Inver Grove Heights

   South east, Dakota County

   East of Eagan and the furthest corner of the area we cover, which we would rather say plainly than pretend distance is not a factor. It works on a fixed round, and we will be straight with you at the walkthrough about what cadence is realistic.
